SharpKickz accepts returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns that show signs of wear or damage may be refused.

Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact us by email before sending any items back. Please include your order number and reason for the return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. 

Return Shipping

Sharpkickz.com is responsible for return shipping costs and a return shipping label will be provided.
